City of Paris: the marketplace for local businesses
The challenge
Rents in the French capital are particularly high, which leads to the flight of local merchants and the French art of living.
The City of Paris makes unused government premises available to businesses through a platform.
The solution
The City of Paris wanted to create a marketplace for renting vacant commercial space. Cocolabs’ design study enabled the creation of a space dedicated to all the City of Paris’ commercial partners, enabling them to increase the visibility of their offers.
As a result, Cocolabs has created a platform that makes the premises of the City of Paris and its partners available to local retailers at affordable prices.
In terms of functionalities, the City of Paris platform has notably mobilized :

– Variable authorizations according to user role
– Easy-to-use administration tool
– Automatic search expansion
– Discussion threads to optimize sales processes
