Ride My Boat is a C2C boat rental marketplace that matches boat owners with tourists looking to rent. Importing and buying a boat is expensive, even for an archipelago, so this is an opportunity for boat owners to diversify their income
The platform
To enable matching between boat owners and tourists, the Ride My Boat rental platform has deployed the following functionalities:
– PSP Lemonway integration for international and multi-currency transactions
– On-boarding functions for sellers and boat management
– Time zone management
– Implementation of a fixed rate and exchange rate mechanisms for international currencies (XPF)
– Renter-to-renter messaging
– Cancellation and refund system
